Production lines cover sequential operations in which processes are organized for the manufacturing of the product.

- Manufacturing of a large number of units of the same product, organizing an assembly in series of the different operations required for the transformation of raw materials into products.

Electronic product assembly is done following a technical drawing or a diagram with materials that are previously revised by a production supervisor. This process is divided into 5 primordial sections:

SEMI-FINISHED ASSEMBLIES

Conventional assembly of semi-finished PCBs developed in 3 phases: 

• Manual insertion of components. 

• Simple welding. By reflow oven or heat wave

• Tropicalized anti-humidity.

COMMISSIONING
AND TESTING

We use instruments for the optimization of manufacturing operations in the production process.
It's use allows us to improve manufacturing and assembly times, improve product precision and achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.
According to the client's indications, a test will be carried out with tooling on the pcb's, firmware managed by the client and a final test.

ASSEMBLING ASSEMBLIES AND WIRING

The assembly consists of carrying out assembly operations on electrical or electronic equipment based on assembly diagrams and manuals, with the appropriate techniques, under established quality and safety conditions. 

• Assembly of sub-assemblies and wiring.

• Integration of teams.

• Tropicalized (sealed or galvanized final coating).

• Programming, verification and functional tests according to protocols.

• Final test / Aging tests. 

• Labeled.

HIGH COMPLEXITY HANDLED ITEMS

Our engineering and quality departments are in constant contact with the client to advise them on the assembly, design, protocols and tests that must be carried out on the equipment so that they comply with the established regulations.
The handling of the equipment is carried out by our technicians with extensive experience in SMD and Through-Hole assembly and welding. All equipment such as soldering stations, electric screwdrivers and material at each workstation are technically approved by the CE.
A detailed review for each team carried out in our company or collaborating companies is guaranteed unitarily, as well as a guaranteed review of all PCB's.
Finally, a visual review is made of all the modules that make up the product, both PCBs, wiring and software for subsequent assembly.

The materials can also entail an extra cost if they have obsolescence or stock problems. Technical advice is included in purchasing management, focused on proposing alternatives and seeking solutions that achieve greater profitability of the circuit.

Once the product is on the market, the guarantee is managed until the service after-sales repair.
