We collect personal data through the “Internal Channel – RMT” Form directly from the interested party. The data required is strictly necessary for the intended purposes as indicated below.

For what purpose is your personal data processed?

RMT will process your data for the purpose of managing, investigating and responding to communications received through the Internal Channel in compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and fight against corruption.

Regarding queries that refer to possible legal violations, the basis of legitimacy is compliance with a legal obligation.

To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Communication to third parties is not foreseen, unless this is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, such as, where appropriate, to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent administrative authority within the framework of the corresponding investigation.

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will keep your data for a period of three months, extendable for three more months if the complexity of the issue to be resolved so determines. After this legal period, the data will be duly blocked, until the prescription of possible legal actions.

The interested parties may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation to the processing of their data, by sending it to the address indicated in the first paragraph of a written communication or by email to info@rmtrade.es (Ref. Data Protection) indicating the right you wish to exercise and accompanying a copy of your DNI or equivalent official document proving your identity.
